Urgent... H1 Transfer While Got Query On Current H1

na current H1 one week lo ayipotundi, but query padindi client letter kavali ani kani mavallu ivvaru. But naku client H1 transfer chesta annadu. ala cheyalante na current H1 expire ayye lopu cheyala or query answer chesi reject ayye lopu cheste chala... time ledu, please reply ASAP...

edi expiry ayyelopu H1 transfer pettukovali, if you get receipt number before expiry, you can stay in this country or you have to leave this country

and once your H1 is rejected you have to leave this country on the same day(as your H1 has expired)

so think twice before you make a decision

thank you, what if we file for reprocess (like challenge) after the rejection. In this case also do we need to leave the country.
