v  Design and develop JEE components using spring and hibernate frameworks.

v  Advice on and create best case practices that offer maximum performance and scalability.

v  Have good understanding of requirements and provide estimates for design, and development of required functionality.

v  Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

v  Ensure quality of deliverables.

v  Interface with other technical leads/developers to perform design and code walkthroughs.

v  General knowledge of system development life cycle.

v  Experience working with multi-culture, distributed offshore and onshore development teams in dynamic and complex environment.

 

Basic Technical Requirements

v  Experience as an application architect mainly as for a J2EE & WebSphere applications.

v  Extensive experience in designing and building for JEE applications using WebSphere application  Server 7.0& above

v  JSP, Servlets, EJB3.0, MQ Series, JMS, XML and XSLT.

v  Experience on frameworks struts, spring and Hibernate.

v  Ability to work well independently or in a team environment.

v  Experience working with design best practices and industry standards.

v  Expert understanding of HTML 5, CSS3 and JavaScript.

v  Experience working with AJAX, jquery or other JavaScript frameworks.

v  Cross browser compatibility standards.

v  Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a desire to work in a challenging position.

v  Work cross-functionally using agile methodology.

v  Experience working with IBM portal server is a plus.
