Job Description:

• Create a Master Data Management vision for our client with a focus on how to utilize data to achieve exceptional growth through data standardization and information management.
• Provide guidance for the development and maintenance of Data Governance, MDM processes, standards and procedures according to industry best practices.
• Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
• Assist in the creation of the Master Data Governance Committee.
• Define the future state Master Data Management organization.
• Advise client of pros/cons for various MDM functional options.

 

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MDM experience including Data Modeling, Data Governance, Metadata Management and Data Architecture.
• Deep understanding and experience with MDM functional patterns.
• Expertise with Data Management tools (Oracle Customer Data Hub and/or Product Data Hub preferred).
• Exposure to Oracle ERP, Java, .net, Oracle and SQLServer databases a plus
• Ability to work closely with business leads and IT resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
