babaihotel Posted June 25, 2015 Report Share Posted June 25, 2015 back and biceps. 4x12 pullups 4x12 chinups 4x12 wide grip, 4x12 T-bar,4x12 Hammer strength,6x6 pushbacks, 4x20 curls, 4x12 barbell curls,10x10 peacher curls, two 5x8 dropsets of cable curls and 4 sets of deadlifts.
