back and biceps. 4x12 pullups 4x12 chinups 4x12 wide grip, 4x12 T-bar,4x12 Hammer strength,6x6 pushbacks, 4x20 curls, 4x12 barbell curls,10x10 peacher curls, two 5x8 dropsets of cable curls and 4 sets of deadlifts. Added 15 mins of cardio. Took a scoop a Mr.Hyde for Pre and 2 scoops Platinum Hydro whey for post.
