Need info regarding on H1 Transfer. Enni paystubs vundali to transfer to New employer.  situation enti antey current month paystub vundi, but last previous 2 months vi levu. paatha employer ni run cheyamantey, said he cant. Previous months ki pay run cheyatam legal ga possible avvudaa ledaaa. Any inputs please share ASAP.

prev run chestaru there is a term called prorated pay or something...but adi andaru chestar ani guarantee ledu depends on employer..
