king Mackerel  try cheyyi, if you have not tried 2/3rd to 1 inch steaks should work well , or else try frozen Hilsa fish(bangaali's use this fish a lot, u might want to ask them where to get)

rainbow trout, mackerel or catfish can be used for pulusu.

thanks every body for the suggestions.

these are good for making pulusu...firm ga untai..and less mullu's

 

u can get them live in any asian store if in California./Bay Area...

 

avanni kaad India fish kavalante... Hilsa ammutar but its frozen...Bengali stores lo untai fone chesi kanukko munde..
