The woman in question is just a prop for it. honest IAS officers are everywhere. I don't understand why people here think they are rare. criminal IAS's are the rare ones.

I'm not referring to it as an article , I'm just replying to the comments in this thread ... what do you mean 'capabilities' ? anyway, the CM shouldn't be called 'leader'. the people aren't his followers - if you know what I mean. CM'ship a bit like cricket captaincy. it depends on the players too, and player pool too. ppl who are in denial - and there are a lot of them, but they aren't in this thread, are they? only a bunch of people who are defending KCR are here. does he even need defending? Was the comic piece that horrible?
