AP, KA thappithe, I can see huge police presence in all cities I went to. I think AP is also buying all those police cars, and trying to better their patrolling. its a mistake to assume that it is unique to Hyd or KCR. It looks like standards of governance have improved in India, in general. I've been here long enough to notice the difference in attitude of the cops lol ....
