Answer: not a straight forward answer...the key factor is " 80% desi dudes settle in a state where they have settled in a job" only 20% of the dudes are finding jobs in the state they want to settle, and these 20% have the below reasons to pick a state:

 

1. Kids education (best not average)

2. Climate

3. Cost of living
