**** H-1B Amendment - Urgent Help And Need Advise ****

Hello All..Naa H-1B last year New Jersey lo file aindi and H-1 approve aina ventane na project aipoindi around May-2014. Malli July-2014 nundi nenu Illinois lo work cheyadam start chesa and once H-1B start avangane(Oct-2014) maa employer Illinois ki just LCA Move chesadu without doing

amendment and Ee project Feb-2015 lo aipoindi.. Malli May-2015 lo kotha project Illinois lone vachindi and ipudu idhi probably next month end aipoyelaga undi. New Amendment rule prakaram August 19th lopala amendment cheyali ani undi.So Ee situtation lo kotha project vachina tarvata

cheyinchadam better antara or Aug 19th lopala chepinchali annaru kabatti ipudu unna project meeda amendment cheypinchala..

My concern is H-1B start aina tarvata okkasari kuda amendment cheyaledu, so USCIS vallu history track chese chance untunda or will they just

bother about the new amendment application that I file now.

If you get the new project before Aug 19 then file with new project or else file now

Any other solutions, lets say naaku september lo new project vasthe apati varaku wait chesi apudu can i file amendment on new project, instead of filing before Aug 19th. ??

Risk manchide, But Mana time dobbi Tellollu mana office ki vaste santhaam nakistaaru so munde try cheyii project kosam better kadaa so u can file ur amendment before. i know paisal kattali ante chiraku vastundi kani em chestaam tappatledu

Ok Bhayya, so nuvvu chepina prakaram tellollu office ki vachi check chesthene problem or else even after August 19th tarvata new project vachi and appudu file chesina no issues antava ?? Ippudu unna market lo job dorakadam koddiga time taking process kadha anduke I'm little worried.
