adhe baa..paina post chesaru chudu news article "pleaded guilty " ani.....vadini balavanthnga nettaru antava baa....asalu proofs lekunda?adhi baa nenu adigedhi nuvvu avvi consider cheyyatle...just vadu muslim or vadu vadi tammudi kadha vadiki em sambandham ani antunnavu........law prakaram konni cases lo conspiracy to commit murder ki ekkuva siksha paduthundhi telusa baa neeku.......

I agree with this point but his case was heard numerous times. Usually judges think objectively based on evidence presented by both accusers lawyer and prosecutor,  instead of emotional decisions. The convict can appeal make that argument that there was prejudice in the judgement and transfer to another court (like in Jayalalitha's case). In this case he appealed many times from starting of the trail to now. So we have to assume that whole system is against the person. 

 

The opposition to death penalty is mainly to avoid executing an innocent person hastily (like one case happened in Texas). If there is a chance that there will be more DNA evidence or other material likely to be discovered in future.

so he is only indirect involvement he must have less punsihment

he is a crook and deserves punishment.

But the way Indian government got him and promised to lessen his punishment if he cooperated is questionable.
