That doesn't mean that desi MNC create a fake resume with 8+ years exp. They always give real exp resume , And no ***** calls ever. If client asks they are encouraged to tell how much real exp they have, they are not trained to hide they exp . They take atleast 2 years to get used to this culture like you had while doing masters.

One cannot compare both...

We are in their country and we can't just keep hiring desis just because they are from our own race. We should not disrespect the country and their principles otherwise we would never even have got the opportunity to enter their country.
