I know my friends who fired MS guys on day 1 and also some who let MS continue working and them learn . prati case different ga untundhi. Depends on hiring manager strategy (you may be just a backup if real guy doesn't show up or if hired a fulltime guy for this poisition). internal politics ,someone hired you but senior manger want to bring in his own resource. it was very clear that you didnot take the call in earlier phone interview. manager was probably bu-tt frocked earlier because he in the past he believed MS guy won't let him down. So can't take those chances again. For a contractors they mostly work on loss or no profit (client billing 80 unte contractor ki adhey range to pay cheyyali cause prime vendor has to get major cut) . My advice is never take a job with desi MNC, its your fault if you are too naive to understand how desi IT companies work .

Switch ayinappudu... kotha client requirement prakaaram mee resume lo changes cheyinchaara leda? oka saari gurtu techukondi i worked for desi MNC for 6 years, I was never asked to do that and i never did that. And i was never trained to hide my exp ever. Some chinna MNCs may do... but not the big ones

Think about this why would a smart MS guy go for a job with desi MNCs ?
