mastercheif Posted August 10, 2015 Report Posted August 10, 2015 infy nenu na 5 years infy exp lo yeppudu ala chudaledu , even onsite leads don't even talk to 2 years exp guy man. They talk to offshore leads who have minimum 4 or 5 exp. Unless infy changed a lot in past few years if someone is too dumb onsite leads boldly escalates to PM to remove less experienced guy from the team.
