Do cardio and weights and eat good food(with high protein) intake more calories than you're doing now..

please help me nooo

requires systematic weight lifting workout with proper diet.. need atleast 6-12 months to show proper results..

 

include more protein (chicken breast, thighs etcc) in your diet along with a protein powder after workout and creatine drink before workout.. 

 

go to bodybuilding.com select a workout plan to add muscle.. follow that plan strictly..

 

Start you workouts with light weight in begining weeks and increase the weights to max..

tried all this regular stuff bhaiya 

some how its not working for me

do you count calories? if not you didn't try.. more calories=more weight.. 3500calories is 1 lb.. dhanni batti lekka chesuko... normal guys need atleast 2000 calories per day.. so need to eat more than that.. if you eat 3500 calories excess calories per week you will gain 1 lb/week and 4lbs/month..
