KillChillPandey Posted September 9, 2015 Report Posted September 9, 2015 If you're on EAD and if old employer revokes 485, I think you go out of status unless you have valid H1 There's this whole issue again on maintaining H1 while on EAD n all. If you move from one employer to another post-approved EAD, then the new employer won't file H1 cuz you tell him that you're on EAD. If incase the older employer is found to be fraudulent and USCIS revokes the 485, then you're pretty much in no-man's land cuz you don't have a valid visa nor 485

AC21 is okay .. but h1b maintain chestey adi dobbidi kada.. so you will be solely dependent on EAD anedi akad Wololo bhavam
