So ikkada nee choice EAD vachaaka you can continue working on H1 or change to EAD. every time your employment authorization changes or join new employer employers I 9 form fill cheyinchukuntaaru. so akkada h1 ivvochu or EAD ivvochu. so h1 renewal cheyakapothey u will have to update your i 9 with EAD. EAD generally 2 yrs ki isthaadu.
