In a brief speech addressing foreign investors and other state officials, the minister had Amma smiling to herself after listening to his speech full of rhyming words. Vision, education, inflation, administration, generation, revolution, vibration, confusion, appreciation, confirmation, prediction, realisation... are just some of the words that were sprinkled into his speech. And it had her smiling all through out the 1 minute speech, though Thangamani did not seem to care about his accent and simply went about the speech with the precision of a young boy.
