my friend was in cmpny A now moved to cmpny B -> h1b in transfer state

 

now he got a full time offer, he should cancel transfer or wait to finish and then take full time  ?

He can initiate another transfer from cmpny A to Cmpny C (you can just ignore the transfer from A to B )
