no dats wrong man, web apps ni integrate cheskovocchu back end lo db ki connect chesi - donno the complete details but I know its possible through servicenow - its not just for ticketing

kinda true le - main focus antha ticketing ke untadi - but i know some companies who build apps using service now - .net use chesi pretty UI build chestaru - but backend lo as u said its da same shiat..
