H1B Ext Stamping Before Start Date

Hi 

 

I have a valid H1b visa stamping till Feb 2016. I applied for extension and got it approved till July 2018. 

 

Now if want to go for my stamping, should I wait till my current visa expires in feb 2016 or can I go early i.e. around January 2016 as I have a plan to go to india?

 

If I go early, will i be given visa till the end of July 2018?

what if there are no old copies of h1b and they are lost ?? and new h1b period has started ??

Actually Bros... Nenu amendment plus extension apply chesa... so even though my old i-797 says h1 till feb 2016,, new one says its valid from Sep 2015 to july 2018. 

 

So ee situation tho vellipovaccha stamping ki? ealrier than feb 2016?

 

Right now which is better? Canada? Tijuana or India? H1 extension stamping ki?
