Young hero Mahesh Babu is the son of superstar Krishna. At a very young age Mahesh got the recognition in the industry as a worthy son of Krishna. Speaking on the occasion of Krishna's birthday today, Mahesh said "It is because of my father that I am being called as 'prince' by the fans. No hero will have a fan following from his debut film itself, but I had it. That too is because of my father. Since I was a kid, we used to celebrate dad's birthday in Ooty. Today also it is being celebrated there. This year I couldn't attend it, as I am busy with shooting. Greetings to my father on his birthday."
