He know in and out of project. When I ask .. he gives only part of information.. After i send it to client, he replys complete details and show off that I dont have enough knowledge on application. na kuda suggestions isthunadu .... create dependency , dont tell everything u know to others ani When will these ppl change. some times full comedy ga untadhi... some time bit frustation

khaleja.123 Posted October 5, 2015 Report Posted October 5, 2015 Desi companies tho I had very bad expeirence .. last year nenu senior ani hire cheskunnaru after an year once they are comfortable now they are kicking me out. I think that's the way to save your ass especially if you work for desi companies. I would suggest to learn quickly.
