Teammate Gadu Playing Cheap Tricks

In my case, that guy played cheap tricks coz of his low mentality

My team mate Viproww onnshight gadu playing seeeep attention grabbing tricks infront client.

 

na kanna senior. He know in and out of project.

 

When I ask .. he gives only part of information.. After i send it to client, he replys complete details and show off that I dont have enough knowledge on application.

 

na kuda suggestions isthunadu .... create dependency , dont tell everything u know to others ani

 

When will these ppl change.

 

some times full comedy ga untadhi... some time bit frustation

migatha information neeku enduku teliyadho chudu.. increase domain knowledge.. vaadu kakunna vere pms business etc tho close ga undi, you can ask questions.. vaadu motham cheppali ante onbviously cheppadu (vanni venakesuku ravadam ani kaadu, motham kurchopetti neeku tutoring cheyaledu kada vaadu).. #TricksOfTheTrade
