Kondha mandhi untaru man item gaallu. Every email manager loop lo pettu. Vaadi chats save chesuko. Technical/functional ga suitable question adugu. Adige mundhi manchiga prepare avvu. Assalu bayapadaku.

 

Naadhi almost similar situation like you from past 5 months. Accenture vaallu 12 years nundi working same team lo...nenu kotthaga join ayya team lo. Naa dharidhraniki manager gaadu not technical and nenu vere country lo sitting vaadu manager pakkane sitting..manager vaadini ekkuva nammuthaadu. naa meedha chala bad cheppetodu...oka saari alaane mail pedithe...kadigesa naa kodukuni...technical ekkada wrong ani...dhani tharuvatha line lo ki vacchaadu. nuvvu correct situation kosam choodu...and let everyone know his attitude and behaviour. Nee manager/lead technical aithe..manchidi. Good luck.

 

One more thing, if his politics are personal (not professional) like using foul language or bad attitude (in the emails/chat), let your manager/lead know that this guy has behavioural issues when dealing with you.
