No you dont have to leave country when you are with in  the country during the process of H1 transfer and ur h1 transfer is approved.

Remember - you have to leave country if your H1 expires, let say h1 expired oct1 and he filed b2 and h1 transfer after oct 1st, in this case we have to leave country

but if we have valid h1 no need to leave country.

H1 B laid of aithe immeidatly filed B2 after 3 months files H1 again when pending. Aithe RAJIV skhanna emanadu vinava. Niku VASTHADA ASALU engliiii Piece.    From the Mouth of Rajiv Skhannna. H1 Transfer within Usa will be approved only (most cases) the pending B2 has been approved in your favour by the time UCSIS decides h1 Transfer. If the B2 case is still pending, they will ask you to leave the country. If the B2 is still pending or B2 has been denied you will have to leave USA  . You will get ur H1 transfer approved and valid only when your B2 is approved before your H1.

E roju  11-02-2015  ki H1 Revoke Ki request pedthunaru  anuko. uscis revoke request lo revocation date  Aug 31 2015 ( 3 months back date).  Aithe item USCIS vallu atla back dated requests kuda accept chesi Aug 31 2015 ki h1 revoke chesthunaru anta
