I would say corruption and totally lack of concern for others have screwed up our country to a point of no return. We travel to other countries to get a better life and again if we bring the same corruption,caste and greed to other countries then shout about discrimination. So where is the problem?( we ourselves or the country we travel to) Maximum GC and H1Bs are filed taking advantage of loopholes and now the backlogs are result of that. Now we want USCIS to solve that. DACA DAPA illegal folks dont have these rules...

I dont know what are you referring to.. employment is based on skillset not in which country you are born. Quotas makes sense on family based and diversity based not on employment. in microsoft just hire 7% from india.. rest from rest of the world..

If left as it is.. these guys will not even see EAD leave gc...

Now as of today you can extend your stay in the U. S. for upto 3 years with an approved I-140 because of unavailability of visa numbers. Did people yell like what Aman did to get to this stage? There is a process for everything. Yelling and venting out his adrenaline rush before media and people will probably get him and his website some attention just like some attention seeking particular group of females on streets of las vegas may be. Do you think all immigrants should represent and support that group of people or should they represent and support people who bring changes through following procedures and proper channels. I think the officials did a very good job by not losing their cool and letting him know that they are in still in the rule making process and Aman and group he represents can put their comments. I am sorry but I wont support what he did neither accept that he was representing me there.

Now how come h4 EAD came into picture ? who fought for I-140 EAD and became a point of speech ? in nov 2014.. Not you or your employer or your lawyer.. again ..your support doesn't matter.. because many folks are supporting.
