sqladdict Posted November 7, 2015 Report Posted November 7, 2015 Immigration is constantly evolving in the U.S. There was a time when immigrants were supposed to have GC before they entered U.S. for employmemt. Now as of today you can extend your stay in the U. S. for upto 3 years with an approved I-140 because of unavailability of visa numbers. Did people yell like what Aman did to get to this stage? There is a process for everything. Yelling and venting out his adrenaline rush before media and people will probably get him and his website some attention just like some attention seeking particular group of females on streets of las vegas may be. Do you think all immigrants should represent and support that group of people or should they represent and support people who bring changes through following procedures and proper channels. I think the officials did a very good job by not losing their cool and letting him know that they are in still in the rule making process and Aman and group he represents can put their comments. I am sorry but I wont support what he did neither accept that he was representing me there. dude your not in a class room..u will not be spanked for raising your voice......fuck the pedagogy mentality....dont take him wrong for expressing himself.....fckk..man...illegals they block roads and shout and scream...here we have one guy ranted ..cant u understand that...given the chance you wont dare to do it..bcoz ur scared of your career getting tangled with this issue...man up bro...we are the new generation..we wont sit and wait for somebody to do something....leave the "i dont want to raise my voice, bcoz i will look bad" bullshit in india...plz not here in us

griffins Posted November 7, 2015 Report Posted November 7, 2015 If I remember it correctly, people who fought for H4-EAD did not go on yelling at USCIS officials in public but instead followed a procedure and dis it through proper channels. I remember that some years ago, there was a rule made that OPT was extended to like 29 months or something for graduates in STEM majors. Before that we used to get OPT EAD for 1 year only. So pharamcy/pharamacology was originally not included in STEM. One of my friend put together a forum, they discissed amongst each other, collected signatureals, and tgen it was my company lawyer who fought legally to get it included in STEM. Finally they got it approved. Although I dont belong to that field but I have seen how they have done it. Just because someone yelled at the officials does not make wrong right. If you lead me to get the rule approved in a proper professional way I will follow you but I am not that sheep who just follow anyone just because of all the adrenaline rush unless probably I am in the military or something.
