they quarrel everyday.. and the Guy seems to be a wife beater..

 

this is the nth time im overhearing the quarrel.. i think he did beat her today.. like throwed her on the wall.. Na apartment Wall Shake ayindi.. so i went out and looked she came outside sobbing..

 

Im strongly in favor of reporting it to cops.. but rommie says its their internal matter.. so we should stay out..

you can report if you feel disturbed....all u can do only is just and go and tell em to keep it low and say it is disturbing...if still continues you can defenitly call cops say it is disturbing....it may turn into domestic violance and can be a big crime
