Doddballapur is fine.. City lo kavalante not possible under current situation.. Nen chaala chusi odilesa b khata and papers baaledu.. Docs baagunte teesko

White field atu rates ekkuve unnay.. Atu kavalante Malli hoskote chudocchu

Maa friend okadu varthur (10kms from whitefield) lo invest chesadu.

1500 Sqft 16 lakhs ki konnadu anta 6 months back...

Varthur lo currently 1200 per sqft nadustundi rate..

 

Whitefield ki oka dead end hosakotte ayte inko deadend varthur untadi..

 

Varthur lo IT pade chances takkuva as of now or in coming future..

 

Varthur lo invest cheyadam correct o kaado I'm not sure  aa land chaala nirmaaanusham ga undi , oka 10 years padatadi aa area develop kaavadaniki..

 

But after 10 years manam konna land ki manchi  rate vastado ledo Im not sure..

Maaa friend takkuva ga undi kada ani loan + appulu teeesukuni mari konnadu aa land ni..

bangalore climate better...north indians prefer....koncham pacchaga untundi...telugu nadustundi ....bangalore lo oka calculation undi .....house/appartment tesukonte 50 paisa interest vastundi...if house/appartment cost is 25 lacs then rent is 12000/- and  50-60 lacs ki  emply land dorukutundi in the same area...rates chusukovali ante....ippudu andaru freshers and exp andhra vallu bangalore ki move avutunnaru...koncham anni areas equal ga kanipistavi...
