Guys, I am just now back from Abu Dhabi , I got my visa on NPU and started my Journey to SFO on 21st December , As i was travelling on Etihad Air Ways my Port of entry was in Abu Dhabi , There were almost 60 students who were at the port of entry along with me, 41 of them belonged to NPU and SVU , and 45 of them were deported back to INDIA , Not even one SVU or NPU student cleared the Immigration .

Facts on Immigration that happened :

1) Immigration is strict for all universities , (If they find your loan / bank documents to be fake , They will Cancel your Visa )

2) For SVU and NPU students they are keeping multiple rounds of Immigration (I was Interviewed 3 times)

3) Visa officers are clearly mentioning that SVU and NPU are NOT Black Listed but they are clearly stating that they are not good colleges (Now if you have common sense you can decide what "not good colleges" mean )

4) Even if student of NPU and SVU are good at answering all questions , having genuine documents , Their visas are being cancelled .

5) Immigration took almost 12 hours for me , and again it took me 18 hours to come back to INDIA .

6) If you are Deported back from USA not Abu Dhabi then you will only have to bear the Air Line Charges again this depends on the Airline you are Travelling.

After witnessing the whole thing by my self , My suggestion for students going to NPU / SVU

1) First please stop having an ambiguity wether you should go to these colleges or not .( Think twice !!)

2) If you are having time, better Apply for a good university attend visa interview again and go to US confidently.

This is just my suggestion as i don't want any one to suffer like me and 45 other students have suffered and many others who are still suffering .

Edit :

Some People are criticizing me saying that i am spreading fear and misguiding others with this post : Clarification -> I have posted what i have under went and i am not misguiding any one , and more over if a student is deported it not only him / she who are suffering, even their parents are also suffering , There is huge money and time innvolved in US visa processing.

There are reports that some students reached NPU/SVU by clearing immigration in the past two days , so if 1 out of 100 students is clearing the immigration , Doesn't it rings a Alarm ??

I hope my co passangers who have underwent what i have gone through will come forward and share their story , so that we can at least help other students who will be saved from the disapointment we went through .

Imagine you get US visa after a lot of preparation and time spent on it, You go GAGA celebrating it , you inform about your visa to every person you know in this world, and then you resign your job , buy flight tickets and your whole family and friends come to airport to give you send off and you end up in some other country where you are questioned several times for several hours and then you are deported back to your country (Reason being : you have chosen a wrong college) unsure emoticon .

 

bro your english is very good compared to others whose transcripts were released, i hope you are as smart in studies then why did u select such laffoot college for Masters...

my cousin went to npu uni on 19 dec by emirates 4.10 flight as she entered the port of entry she was interrogated for 26 hours as she reached home back yesterday at around 6 in the morning she faced a wrost situtation over der it was a nightmare to her on her visa it was stamped as revoked with red mark what does it mean is dat she was banned for entering us for 7 years ah whether she can apply to any other country or her career s screwed up ah.

 

 

Does US record affect other countries processing, atleast in Canada visa app they ask if you have been denied entry by any other country...
