It is understood that she is doing an item number which is a remix song of ‘Naa Paruvam’ from Late NTR’s Yugandhar. It seems Mehar being considered as Hansika’s guru in Tollywood, she has agreed to do this dance number on his request. Otherwise, Anushka and Namitha are the female leads in Billa.
