Can any1 suggest meActually visa interview has completed successfully and vo said that if u have real bank savings i vl issue ur visa..Then i said its real if u want u can check sir.(but i dont know the thing dat my broker doesn't deposited the money in my savings account)After a long gap 10-15min vo came to the counter and said this s d fake account u don't have any type of savings.. U don't meet our requirements.. Nd u may leave nw...What i have to do now? Whether to book the slot or not??? Totally in confusion....

jpismahatma Posted December 31, 2015 Report Posted December 31, 2015 I believe parents of those f-1 students who stay after completion of their students and apply for h1 should be sent to jail ;)(because they are the sponsors of this fraud) . aren't all those students supposed to return home after completion of studies. do they think US visa officers are such dumb asses to be fooled all the time wink emoticon The main aspect of f-1 visa which is abused 99.99 percent of the times is non immigrant intent. so what can the dumb visa officers do about it. Nothing nada..gar nichts.rien.
