Shashank India I believe parents of those f-1 students who stay after completion of their students and apply for h1 should be sent to jail ;)(because they are the sponsors of this fraud) . aren't all those students supposed to return home after completion of studies. do they think US visa officers are such dumb asses to be fooled all the time wink emoticon The main aspect of f-1 visa which is abused 99.99 percent of the times is non immigrant intent. so what can the dumb visa officers do about it. Nothing nada..gar nichts.rien.
