with in the compelling circumstances you can get ead ( its n't going to help us for sure) 

if u change the employer after 180 days of approval,  it will become still valid and you can get h1b extensions, but new employer has to apply new perm and new i140 again ( i believe this is good, if we good offer on 6 th year , you can change the employer and get the extensions and get new perm and new i140 approvals)

 

if you change the employer before 180 days of approval , employer can revoke you can still retain your pd ( this rule continues) 

 

 

 

is there any new we can add, inthenaa to confirm with you and let every one know

its huge disappointment, but good relief for h1b's are

malli GC starting nundi kotha employer tho cheyalannadi worst idea. their intention is we have to stay on h1 and give business in terms of h1 fee for renewals and lawyer fees to make immi. lawyers business moodu puvvulu aaru kaayalu.

Yes employer revoke chesinaa you can get h4 ead for your wife 

clearly mentioned this point 

 

the first i140 has to complete 180 days thats all the condition

in thaka mundu chala mandhi and previous  rule lo same or similar job responsibilities atleast 2 or 3 reponsibilities modify chesevallu eventhough they change to new jobs, now there is no need to especially my critieria , maa emp naadhi telecommunication responsibilities (system analsyt title) tho apply chesaadu , if i get good offer as iam in it i can move without any issues  even though my responsibilities are different than what i am doing now 

 

yes you have start from strach thats okay some thing is better than nothing , atleast you have this, if you are fired in 5 or 6th year and have approved i140, you will easily get your h1b renewal, inthakamundu ayithe intiki sardhe vallu or because previous employer revoke chesevaadu time sarigaa undedhi kadahu 

 

atleast to switch jobs u can do freely but again perm and i140
