Travel To India In March For H1 Stamping!

Hello all,

 

I'm on H1 with the full time job, planning to travel to india in march for Visa stamping.  I heard that news that H1 holders are also being deported, but few of my friends they are contractors entered the US without any questions during the immigration.    

 

I'm thinking, since i have a full time job. i shouldn't have any issues.  any suggestions?

if you have all docs in place you no need to worry
