Amendment Or Lca For Eh One Bee

Hi,

 

i have the following situation.

 

My eh one bee client was at a location 20 miles from my employer. i got a job with another client with in fifty miles of the old client and 40 miles from my employer. Do i need to apply for amendment or LCA....i heard that if the new client is below 50 miles of the old client and the employer, we have to apply for LCA only.

 

Could anyone suggest the correct rule and eligibility?

I guess it doesn't depend on distance but it depends on state, city and county. Find out where your previous LCA was filed (city/county), then check if the new client is also in the same city/county, if both are same then you don't need  to file ammendment. 

Again, I might be wrong, wait for comments from other users.
