Like you find happiness in small things , petty trivial stuff makes you happy at times..name fame money..etc.. real happiness is inside within ourselves, its always there you just don't see hard enough to find it..all you need to do it let it free express it.. If there is no cause of your happiness, than it is real happiness, external factors (all included) don't effect your internal glow, is happiness.. The more you express and share knowledge, wisdom, expertise, passion the more you will feel happy.. When you leave the Desire of anything or free up everything thats bottled inside, all that is left is happiness. Life : 1) We are just Travelling in time. 2) The Soul will Move on to another possible life. Well said myaan . But how to make sure the external factors doesn't stimulate internally ?
