jaihoysr
This law is only for Hindu's and other religion , Muslims have their own  inheritance law i guess  If your father had earned the money by his hard work , he has right to give it to any one he chooses , daughter , son or any one if the father dies money will be shared between his spouse and children ( only if there is no will ) Again all the grandchildren will have equal rights , so if you buy a land get signatures from Children spouse and grand children  If your father inherited the property from his father, then he doesn't have right to donate it to any one , as grand children will have every right he can sell it and enjoy the money , but not to donate it , if father dies without will again , it will be equally shared and if father writes will only to son or daughter , it is not valid   50 % of lawyers are poor in updating their knowledge , nenu 2010  lo almost 6 months research chesa , almost law chadivinatha pani ayyindi .  So ladies have lots offffffff right in the property , so WILL is the most important thing these days
