CBN needs at least one more term to complete Amravati and show it to the world. Until then he can't say he has developed anything. Vizag has its own place, it is a tourist destination and will be a contender for movie making business.

Vizag can be more than just a tourist destination. don't forget it has the most cosmopolitan crowd in entire AP. Vizag can be an industrial powerhouse, if provided the right infra. Vijayawada can too. There's no need to 'build' a city.

But, we all know how our major cities turned out to be, no proper infra( roads, underground sewage, subway, sidewalks). It isn't easy to repair an existing city.
