LostAlone Posted February 9, 2016 Report Posted February 9, 2016 Morning : (either one of the following depending on the availability) --> Oats with honey and milk --> Milk or any fruit (banana or apple) --> Apple Lunch: --> 3 small chapatis (with curry) OR ---> brown rice and quinoa (with curry or masoor daal or any curry) Dinner: (if working out that day, usually go to gym every alternate day) Pre workout -> 1 banana Post workout -> whey protein shake + (1 cup brown rice and quinoa with light curry) if not working out that day --> brown rice and quinoa (with curry or masoor daal or any curry) or 3 small chapatis (with curry) plus lots of water .. with regular susu going due to lots of water intake
