8 AM - orange juice and banana/apple

 

12 PM -  chicken/turkey salad 

 

6:30 PM -  Indian snacks

 

9 PM - Rice and curry

baa adedho morning 8 ki nuts and eggs kooda add cheyocchugaa manchidhi.....and dinner and lunch switch cheyocchuga

yea got the same idea to swap lunch and dinner items but intlo salad ante kastam kadha....office lo aithe salad available everyday... yep morning nuts add cheyyochu

Cheppandi so that useful avtundi andarki..

8 am regular Indian break fast items like dosa, idly, upma and so
12 Ki lunch rice curry and butter milk
4 Ki Chaala lite ga snax mostly oats that's available I. Costco
6 Ki Chaala lite ga snax like sweet potato ala
8 Ki dinner chapathi and curry...


Able to cover only 1 1/2 to 2 liters of water a day

enti baa tintane vuntava roju anta..

1 month nundi changed diet intakmundu baga kummesedanni

 

morning- egg white sandwich with raagi malt

 

afternoon - cup brown rice with some curry (no fries) and curd

 

between green tea and water

 

Night- butter milk,green tea and mostly skipping food
