Weekday:

Morning 2 chapatis/ wheat bread, Protein Shake  1 milk tea 

 

sharp 11:30 ki Protein rotating( Egg/Chicken/ Tofu) + Veggies (Sauted or Raw)

 

malla 4 ki OkaFruit

 

Malla 6:30 Ki Protein Rotating( Egg/Chicken/tofu) + Salad

 

Malla 9 ki Protein Shake

 

madyala 4 liters water.. Tagutuney undali uchapostu undali.. ucha zara bhi yellow kakunda..

 

4 Optimen Vitamins Tabs + 1 Vitamin D + B12

 

Weekend:

 

Saturday Podugala : Upma + Chutney

  Afternoon : 6 egg whites + Chicken broth + Veggies   Soup of the day

  Night : Chicken Biryani + One glass of Wine

 

4 Optimen Vitamins Tabs + 1 Vitamin D + B12

 

Sunday :Morning   Only tea 

lots of water till afternoon

Afternoon: Curry+3  Chapathi+ 2 eggs+ one cup salad raw

Evening :  Chipotle

ayithey mee hubby ki oka advise follow timferris Workweek and also 4hourbody . timferris author,4hourbody books . search it online

no routine..but trying to eat as much greens and fruits as possible and also working out 1hr/day for 4 days/week

breakfast - 1 banana, 1 coffee

lunch - subway salad, chopped turkey salad

at 4pm - 30 gr protein bar

6-8 pm gym

8:15 pm - 3 eggs (18 gr protein), activate yougurt, and oats sprinkled with honey if more hungry // sometime 4 chaapati with very littl curry

Morning : (either one of the following depending on the availability)

--> Oats with honey and milk

--> Milk or any fruit (banana or apple)

--> Apple

 

Lunch: 

--> 3 small chapatis (with curry) 

OR

---> brown rice and quinoa (with curry or masoor daal or any curry)

 

Dinner: 

(if working out that day, usually go to gym every alternate day)

Pre workout ->  1 banana

Post workout -> whey protein shake + (1 cup brown rice and quinoa with light curry)

 

if not working out that day

 

--> brown rice and quinoa (with curry or masoor daal or any curry)

or 

 3 small chapatis (with curry)

 

plus lots of water ..

 

with regular susu going due to lots of water intake
