cool untadi - my 1st intern was with Mayo  - 8 months chesa - its kind of they keep an eye on you, your performance  the way u r going along with colleagues etc - vaallaki nacchithe FT offer chestaru later on - negotiations ok aithe u can go for it :) gud luck
