I think you may be confusing 'merit' with reservation. Seems like we are not on the same page...I will explain this one last time...the qualifications or eligibility criteria to apply is different vs. X number of H1b reserved out of Y...so you cannot add the 65,000 to 20,000

alpachinao Posted February 12, 2016 Author Report Posted February 12, 2016 Again, if the the 20,000 was inclusive then you may call them as "reserved" but since none of the 65,000 qualify or are eligible to apply for the advance degree quota...they are not considered reserved...hope this helps to clarify it further... if they dont get picked in that quota they are forwarding to next general quota why?

Official ga Oka govt nundi form thisuka vasthe dalithuru avuthara? Actual ga chese panini batti daihulu annaru so Ippudu software job o Doctor o Ayithe still how can he become dalithudu? Is my question.. Ippudu venaka padda varandiki kavasindi not just reservations society lo respect and needs to be treated equally with others but as long as you tag your self as dalithudu and look down on your self you won't acheive it... Oka family well of ayina ventane needs to get rid of that tag that's helps him to get hai correct identity and also gives opportunity for other oppressed people to get benefits right.

I know one family reddy's. From srikakulam side. They wrote their caste as kondaReddy instead of reddy to get ST reservation. One got into jipmer by using of reservation, other one become IRS officer. This MS quota is not work as reservation. Everybody same whoever have MS here. Us put this system not for MS people only. To attract more international students they started this MS. Monne ice stats vadilindi 500 thousand people from India on F1 ani. Mundu mundu vunnadi musallla panduga. Not against to reservation. Provide to people who are qualified upto resources only. TS Either u or u r family would like to be treated by a doctor who became by using reservation with -Ve marks in entrance exam? If so tell me, I refer u to those doctors.

They are not the ones who call themselves 'dalit'. Richer dalits rarely do it, unless they are sociology students. Its the others who look down upon them, the moment they know their caste. its simple no.
