Hi guys,

Need small help regarding consultancies for filling H1B, one of frd would like to apply for H1B and his consultancies said that he couldn't processed the application as US immigration said they will accept applications only if the clients or jobs located where the consultancies located.

So my frd is trying to apply for H1B through some other consultancies, he is very strong in Java and currently working as senior software Engg at Samsung head office south Korea.

Please let me know if you know any genuine consultancies so I can ask my frd to contact them.
