as I understand, mee candidate works through consultant and is offered ft by company

ikkada consultant provide chese business hiring/placement. he is not doing engineering projects, right? just a middleman to client. no problem with the language then. FT offering company is not a competing business with consulting company, it's a partner


My friend's company does engineering services...client company has a FT position posted external and everyone including the manager recommended him to apply for the position since he deserves it...client pays to contracting company on a project basis that too for specific area...my friend is not sure what the above sentence says...he is confused whether to go ahead with applying for the position or not
