Lukewalker Posted February 16, 2016 Report Posted February 16, 2016 investment purpose kosam evaraina apartments koni rent ki ichara? yep, friend 2 apartments konnadu as investment properties. 1) your mortgage interest will be little higher as these are investment properties 2) if you are on H1, you need to hire a property management company to do the maintenance, collect rent and deposit in your account, they charge around $100-$150 basing on the location. this is the legal way to collect rent on H1. 3) you might not see positive cash flow for the first five years, so immediate returns kosam dont invest in real estate, long term plans unte ok 4) the market might be good or bad after 5 years, so research chesi konte better or you will loose money if you want to sell later. 5) be very cautious about the rental agreements, evictions are tough here, you might end up paying money to the renters to evict them(happened once with one american colleague at work)
