Sunday roju Monday morning 7 ki meeting invite pampi.
Meeting ki join avvale ani manager ki escalate chesindu gabbu saley gaadu

 

 

i had same experience when i was working in Wipro..

 

 

Team Leader Gadu morning 6 ki meeting pampindu,..

 

Manager is in California and our team is in South Carolina. So company montham vede manage chestunnatlu Team Lead gadu vedava buildup kottevadu..

 

My office is very close to my home max to max 15 mins padutundhi vellataniki. 45mins is the time in need to get ready to office.

 

 

6 meeting ki join avvakapothee,.he send me a warning email putting California Manager in CC

 

2nd time again he send us meeting, nenu join avvaledhu and he escalated the issue saying that my negligence is killing team work productivity.

 

By the time i came to office at 9am andaru na gurunchi talking, my badcow team members also screamed at me that i am going to get fired.

 

by 11am, i got email from manager asking for an explanation.

 

Manager is white fellow, his email has all the team members in CC.

 

i replied back to my manager..

 

My sleep timings are below

I need 8hours of sleep everyday, after i reach home, i got to zym for physical and mental fitness, i attend Udemy online classes to gain more knowledge on the field that i am working, then i cook food and eat followed by making calls to my family in India. Though i am working in USA i need to maintain a healthy and friendly relation with my family. 

every day it will be 12 by the time hit bed and i wake up at 8am everyday, i need 45mins to get ready to office and 15 travel time to office. 

If i dont get proper sleep of 8hrs everyday i will get migraine. I dont think i can attend 6am meetings killing my health or changing my sleep timings by compromising on physical and mental fitness, career development through Udemy or relationship with my family back in India.

I just dont want to put my Team Leader as a reason of my Migraine and take legal action going further.

 

Please let me know if this meeting can be changed to a best time that can we worked out from all the other team members ani mail kottanu....
