Wpf silverlight winforms evadu vaadatle.. Ippudu nadichedi antha webapi mvc with Javascript frameworks jquery angularjs etc. Friend bro ki monne job came fresher mvc webapi meeda. Wcf telusu antunnav ga not a big deal webapi.. Routing artham aithe enough as you know middletier already

www.asp.net ane website lo step by step tutorials untayi..find one on MVC 4 and start working on it..Once you are done with building application, you will get to know lots of things about MVC framework..

 Data side koda chala updates vastunayie bro... NoSQL , Data Migration/Integration etc. Pure DBA jobs chala takkuva these days. check the requirements and see what others skills they are asking for and decide yourself
